 Roll the shoulder-blades back and down the back.


This ‘anti-shrug’ often causes people to grip in the chest and front of the shoulders.


The muscle engagement - that ‘integral’ engagement is not in the front at all.


People talk about sliding the shoulder-blades down the back into the back hip pockets.
